RMDme is a reminder application provided by Fabian Strobl ("we", "us") as a free service "AS IS". We reserve the right to modify or discontinue the service at any time.

Your Account

You are responsible for keeping your login credentials secure. You must be at least 16 years old to create an account.

Acceptable Use

You agree not to misuse the service, interfere with its operation, or use it for any unlawful purpose.

Content

You retain ownership of the content you create in RMDme. We do not claim any rights over your reminders or data.

Disclaimer

The service is provided without warranties of any kind. We are not liable for missed reminders, data loss, or any damages arising from the use of RMDme.

Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, our liability is limited to the amount you paid for the service (if any).

Changes

We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of RMDme constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.

Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of Germany. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of Germany.
